SEO Wordpress Code 2014

I use simple code to make my sites SEO Friendly without plugin. Simply just paste below codes as i collected
.

1. Remove blog description/name on title on single post
2. Use dynamic keyword, based on tags
3. Use OpenGraph
4. Use Google Authorship,
5. Use Twitter card
6. Use Dynamic Itemprop
7. Use Meta description from Excerpt rss
7. Always use google webmaster tools to monitor your site
- fetch as google
- beware duplicate content (use rel canonical)
- use Structured Data Markup Helper
8. Use sitemap to generate, please use this link. It will generate max 500 page, after that, download the xml and upload to your root webserver.
9. Use Goole Rich snippet tools, and see what you have done.
