Can I prevent people from adding me to a new group?

Have your ever added by someone in your friend list to a group you don`t wanna join in? Yeah, this is bothering.

If we have 3 thousands friends list (as you managed your company fb - and not fan page), half of them will bother you by adding to a group. Lets say, 1500 add you to open grup.

In a week, many people add me to their group, without my permission like if somebody posts on my wall. So how to solve this problem? Nah, facebook still quite and no ear in use. FB just prepare a button to leave. BUT in 1500 friends that added you, how do you leave that group? One by One? WTF!!
